HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

— If you’d like to cancel your order, or a part of it, you can send us an email at hallo@koperhuis.be or contact us between 11:00 and 18:00 (Monday to Sunday) by calling +32 495 84 41 87. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible. Please note: It’s only possible to cancel an order before it has been sent. If this is the case, it’s always possible to return the article(s) in question to us once they’ve been delivered to your address.

— Products made by order can only be canceled 3 day after the order. Cancellation when the order is in production, 50% compensation will be applied.

— Products that are not in stock and are ordered especially for the customer can be canceled before shipping but a 45% compensation will be applied.
